The cottage sleeps up to 5 guests. It is approximately 700 sq. ft. There is a full-size sofa bed located in the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. Both rooms have a queen bed. The cottage has one bathroom with a shower. There is a small galley style kitchen. This cottage also has a spacious deck, perfect for relaxing in the sun, having a family dinner, or sitting and gazing at the beautiful sunsets and/or stars. Table chairs and umbrella are available for the deck.
Private Beach Access
There are three cottages in a row leading up to a private beach that you may use during your stay on Cape Cod Bay. The cottage available for rental is the second cottage. The beach is private, usually with only a few people nearby. The whole area is very quiet and relaxing. If you choose to venture, you will be close to many Great Places of Interest

Reservation Calendar
The cottage is available for vacation rental starting May through October.
It rents from Saturday to Saturday. Text or Call for Rates. Minimum 7-day stay.
A deposit of half due now. Full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
Please send our Rental Agreement with your deposit.

Accessibility
The cottage is NOT handicap accessible.
Check In / Out
3:00 pm on the day of arrival – 11:00 am checkout. Guests are to text their time of arrival the day before to arrange receiving the cottage key.
Cable TV
Guests can enjoy Xfinity Cable on a 55" TV in the main living space.
Kitchen and Dishes
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, pots and pans. Please wash any used dishes and leave the kitchen as you found it.
Wi-Fi Internet
Cottage guests may enjoy Wi-Fi Internet access.
Linens and Towels
Towels and linens are not provided. Please bring your own towels and sheets for 2 queen beds and 1 full size bed.
Washer / Dryer

The cottage is for humans only. Please leave your pets in good care.

Please smoke or vape outside.
Beach Fires
Fires can be built on the beach, near the low water mark, if tides and winds are favorable.
